1  Account Registration and Eligibility

1.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on jeetbuzz, the following conditions must be met:

• The user must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration.
• All information provided — name, mobile number, and date of birth — must be accurate and truthful.
• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Account details are personal and confidential. Login information must not be shared with any third party.
• Only individuals with no legal restriction against using jeetbuzz may register.

1.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

jeetbuzz may at any time request a government-issued identity document (National ID or passport) and an OTP to verify the user's mobile number. jeetbuzz reserves the right to suspend deposits, withdrawals, or bonus benefits until identity verification is complete. 1.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately. jeetbuzz will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party use of your account.

2  Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

2.1 Deposit Terms

Funds can be deposited into a jeetbuzz account via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Users may only deposit using a mobile wallet registered in their own name — payments from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

2.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the mobile wallet used for the deposit or the one registered to the account. Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

jeetbuzz reserves the right to verify withdrawal requests. Withdrawals may be suspended or cancelled if a transaction appears suspicious or if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

2.3 Transaction Responsibility

Users are responsible for confirming transaction details (amount and recipient information). jeetbuzz will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.

3  Bonuses and Promotions

3.1 Welcome Bonus

jeetbuzz offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. This bonus is not a gift — it can only be withdrawn after completing a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; to withdraw the bonus, a wager of ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be completed.

3.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Only one welcome bonus applies per account.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• jeetbuzz reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• Bonuses have no cash value and are non-transferable.

3.3 VIP Program

The jeetbuzz VIP Program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is paid at each tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.7% at Silver, and up to 1.0% at Gold. Cashback is calculated based on the week's total net losses. Tier changes are based on regular participation.

4  Betting and Gaming Rules

4.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

All bets placed on jeetbuzz are not final — jeetbuzz reserves the right to cancel or amend any bet due to technical errors, incorrectly published odds, or other operational reasons. In such cases, the relevant stake will be returned to the user's account.

4.2 Odds and Results

Displayed odds are subject to change at any time and do not guarantee any particular outcome. Betting and gaming carry financial risk. Users are responsible for their own decisions.

4.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets automatically using software or bots.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
• Using multiple accounts together on a single bet.
• Misusing promotions or bonuses.
• Participating in match-fixing or any other form of fraud.

If any such activity is proven, the relevant account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.

4.4 Games and Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to server disruption, loss of internet connection, or other technical reasons, jeetbuzz may declare that round void and the stake may be refunded. This depends on the technical circumstances at the time.

5  Responsible Gaming

jeetbuzz believes gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress. We encourage all users to play within their budget and to set time limits. The platform is not intended for anyone under 21 years of age.

6  Intellectual Property and Content

All content on the jeetbuzz platform — logos, graphics, software, text, and other materials — is protected by intellectual property rights. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content commercially without permission.

Third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, JILI, Spribe, and others) retain their own intellectual property rights. The terms of the relevant provider also apply to the use of their content.

7  Limitation of Liability

jeetbuzz provides its services on an "as-is" basis. jeetbuzz accepts no responsibility for the following:

• Service interruptions caused by loss of internet connection or technical errors.
• Issues with the user's own device or software.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorized third-party access to an account.
• Financial loss resulting from the user's own decisions.

jeetbuzz's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the amount deposited in the relevant user's account.

8  Account Closure and Restrictions

8.1 Closure at User's Request

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Any pending withdrawals must be completed before the request is processed.

8.2 Restrictions by jeetbuzz

In cases of Terms violations, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or other inappropriate conduct, jeetbuzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. The account balance may also be forfeited in such cases.

9  Privacy and Data Protection

10  Customer Support and Complaints

After receiving a complaint, jeetbuzz will investigate and work to resolve it within a reasonable time. The relevant account or transaction may be temporarily suspended while the investigation is ongoing.

11  Changes to Terms

jeetbuzz reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For significant changes, we will attempt to notify users through their registered contact details. The latest version on this page shall always be the applicable version.

12  Applicable Law

The applicable law governing the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms shall be determined accordingly. In the event of a dispute, resolution will first be sought through discussion. If no resolution is reached through discussion, the matter will be settled under the applicable jurisdiction.

If any part of these Terms is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
